Facilitation

Facilitation helps groups to achieve their goals together in a workshop, project or meeting. A facilitator differs from a facilitator or trainer because it is neutral and impartial.

Description

With Facilitation, groups have a tool at their disposal that guides them safely through new, unknown territory. A facilitator is always neutral, unlike moderators or trainers who sometimes want or have to push their listeners in certain directions. Facilitators help to achieve goals independently.

With our facilitation we take care of the right framework for creative, innovative and agile projects. Because things as natural as space and time, structure and method are important for success. Particular attention is paid to change and group processes as well as methodological and conflict competence.

Facilitation is always individual. To discuss a specific project further, the opportunity for a free telephone appointment is available: just click here.
